Discount Policy

Parents can benefit from a 5% additional discount when they pay the full tuition fees in cash or by immediate cheques latest by August 1, 2026	7% discount is provided to the 2nd sibling 9% discount is provided to the 3rd sibling 11% discount is provided to the 4th sibling	Parents of Grade 1 students can benefit from a 5% additional discount on the tuition fees if their children have spent 2 school years at Wahbeh Tamari Kindergarten (WTK)
Notes: Discount fractions will be rounded to the nearest 1 JD. Parents of KG1 students can benefit from an additional 10% discount on the tuition fee when they pay the seat reservation fee before June 15, 2026. * IB programme fees include 43% discount.
Additional Notes:   The above tuition fees include all local and international educational platforms, educational trips within the Greater Amman Municipality, community service activities, and CAS activities. The above tuition fees include the Grade 12 graduation fees. A refundable deposit of 150 JOD (subject to school administration approval) will be added for Grade 12 students (National, IG, and IB). An additional fee of 60 JOD for National Grade 12 students and 70 JOD for IG and IB Grade 12 students will be charged for certificate authentication and stamps. Payment Options

 

• First: Cash and Credit Cards:

Cash and credit cards are accepted for the settlement of school fees, books and transportation services (School Buses).

 

• Second: Cheques:

Parents can pay the tuition fees in equal amounts cheques for the school tuition fees or immediate cheques for the school books and transportation (Bus (Service.

Cheques should be made in JDs only to one of the following: The Orthodox Educational Society (OES), the National Orthodox School (NOS)-Shmaisani, or Wahbeh Tamari Kindergarten. Please make sure to put the date on your cheques and duly sign them.

 

• Third: Bank Transfers:

Bank transfers are accepted and shall be made in the name of The Orthodox Educational Society:

Important Notes Regarding Bank Transfer Payments:

 

1. Please fill in the full name of the parent (four parts) in the transfer.

2. Amount transferred should only be in Jordanian Dinars.

3. OES shall not be liable to any bank commissions/costs.

Important Information:

1. No amount shall be refunded after the start of the school year and the full tuition fees become payable when school starts.
2. Registration for the transportation service and payment of its fees shall be completed after settling the school tuition fees, and subject to the approval of the school bus provider in coordination with the service coordinator regarding the students’ residential address and pickup/drop-off timings.
3. All due tuition fees should be paid before August 10, 2026. All school tuition of Grades (9-12) students should be settled before the early start of their school year.

 

Transfer/Withdrawal of Students:

Parents/persons who sign the Registration Application shall strictly abide by the transfer/withdrawal of students’ refundable amount detailed in the table below and is considered as an integral part of the Registration

Non-Refundable Amounts:

 

1. Registration/re-registration fees for new and/or regular students who wish to go to another school/kindergarten or who do not attend school for any reason are non-refundable.
2. The school tuition fee is non-refundable for any student, regardless of the period of attendance in the first semester, even if it is for one school day only.
3. The difference in fees between National and International programmes is non-refundable, regardless of the number of days the students attend. If students are transferred from one programme to the other, with the approval of the administration, the tuition of the programme with higher fees shall be paid.
