Admission & Registration

The kindergarten and school follow the admission and registration policy issued by the Orthodox Educational Society, in accordance with the regulations and laws of the Jordanian Ministry of Education for Private schools.

Admission Age

1. The minimum age for a child to be admitted to KG1 is 3 years and 8 months by August 31^st of the desired enrollment year

2. The minimum age for a child to be admitted to KG2 is 4 years and 8 months by August 31^st of the desired enrollment year.

3. The minimum age for a child to be admitted to Grade 1 is 5 years and 8 months by August 31^st of the desired enrollment year, and the maximum age for a child to be admitted to Grade 1 is 9 years.

4. The same minimum age requirement formula applies to all consequent years, in line with the Jordanian MOE admission rules and regulations.

• Students born between January 1^st and December 31^st of the same year are admitted to the same grade.

Registration of Current Students

1. The school sends an official email (family@nos.edu.jo) asking all current NOS parents to confirm whether or not they wish to register their children for the following school year.

2. Parents who wish to re-enroll their children should sign an online electronic contract on the (LMS-NOS) after reading all attached documents.

3. Parents who do not sign the Electronic School Contract by the set deadline are considered disinterested in registering their children at NOS for the following school year, allowing other students in the pipeline for admission.
