Our department’s approach stems from the standpoint of supporting and enhancing the academic, social, emotional, and psychological growth of all students. Additionally, we address students' issues, respond to their questions and inquiries, and guide them in making positive decisions. Therefore, we support and guide our students by working on:

  • Developing students' self-guidance skills to lead them to a level of awareness to explore themselves, their potentials, and capabilities.
  • Fostering positive behaviors in students and modifying unacceptable behavior.
  • Enhancing and supporting students' skills to enable them to solve problems and make decisions in their lives.
  • Focusing on the essential goal of the educational-learning process to increase their motivation towards learning.

The Guidance Department, in collaboration with the school administration and teaching staff, offers life skills sessions for students weekly. These sessions aim to directly communicate with students, guide their interests and talents, and meet their developmental and educational needs.

Additionally, the department implements a variety of initiatives and volunteer work that serve students within their community, encouraging active participation across different groups.

The guidance department strives to academically and professionally guide students in their higher educational stages, aligning with their interests, inclinations, and abilities..

Providing communication for students with the guidance department daily during specified hours set by the counselor in the guidance office is crucial for achieving educational success. The department records both special and general cases to evaluate and address them in a supportive educational family atmosphere.

Indeed, the guidance department communicates with parents in cases requiring follow-up to ensure the best suitable solutions for the students.
