Fees & Areas Covered by the Transportation (Bus) Service

The Transportation (Bus) Service covers areas in Greater Amman and its suburbs as listed in the table below. However, even if an area is covered by the service, this does not necessarily mean that all requests in that area will automatically be approved.  Registration is ultimately determined based on the number of students interested in registering and their specific area of residence.

As a general rule, transportation service does not cover Abu Nsair and areas outside Greater Amman and its suburbs.

Areas Covered by the Transportation (Bus) Service for the School Year 2023-2024* 

*For one semester only, the amounts above are divided by 2.

Other Areas to be Considered
It is possible to provide transportation service to areas other than those listed in the table above based on the number of students interested in the service and their specific location of residence. This will be subject to annual revision and assessment based on each school year requests and capacities.

Fuhais Area

Fuhais area is covered by the Transportation (Bus) Service under certain conditions and depending on the numbers of students interested in registering and their specific location of residence.

If the Fuhais area is covered by the service, the following conditions shall apply:

1. Registration is available for round-trips (two-way) and not for one-way trip.
2. Registration is available for the whole year and not for one semester.
3. There are only two rounds available at the end of school hours (from school back home): the 2:10 round and the 3:15 round. No bus service to Fuhais is available for students of Grades (6-12) registered in the after school co-curricular activities. 
4. Children from Wahbeh Tamari Kindergarten registered in the service depart with the 2:10 round.
5. Fuhais transportation fees are 710 (JD) for the whole year. Only half of these fees will be due for new students joining the school in the 2nd semester.

Tabarbour Area

The school is looking into the possibility of providing trasportation (Bus) Service to the Tabarbour area depending on the number of students registering in the service and their specific location of residence, given the conditions of this area with regard to distance and traffic and within the following conditions:

1. Number of registered students in each round is not less than 12, living within a distance of not more than 3 kms.
2. Registration is available for round-trips (two-way) and not for one-way trip.
3. Registration is available for the whole year and not for one semester.
4. WTKG students registered in the service will depart with Grades (1-5) students.
5. If the minimum number of registered students in the service, from WTK and Grades (1-5) is not reached, a waiting class service will be provided and students will depart with the round of Grades (6-12) students departing around 3:00 p.m.
6. No Transportation (Bus) Service will be provided to Grades (6-12) students registered in the after school co-curricular activities.
7. Tabarbour transportation fees are 710 JDs for the whole year. Only half of these fees will be due for new students joining the school in the 2nd semester.

Bus Arrival & Departure Times - To & From School/Kindergarten for the School Year 2023-2024

Buses are provided with attendants who responsible for picking students up according to pre-set schedules. They accompany them during bus rounds and supervise boarding/dropping them off to ensure their safe arrival. They communicate with the parents during the rounds and supervise bus drivers’ compliance with safe driving rules and regulations.
